As far as I'm concerned I paid $350,00 for the mcafee security program. I was sent an e-mail stating I was suppose to be contacted by reimage on Sat., 9-22-2018 at 11am.

I waited 20 mins no call, so I called I was given nothing but BULL. If your thinking about using reimage DON"T. Now I read

at the bottom of this form that my entry is too short. Witch tells me they won't print it.

Can you imagine how many people have written and it was not printed because it was TOO short. When I called this morning and questioned why, I wasn't called I was asked If I was having any trouble. I said not that I could see. He then said well there was no reason to call, that they had checked and didn't find any trouble.
