Update by user Nov 07

The original submission contained "who who" several times and was were not placed by me, the repeating was apparently done by the scammer. It may be noted that the funds were returned to my account by Reimage but I have never received any advice relating to their standing as a genuine or fake service. This no doubt indicates that they are not to be trusted which taking actions on a users computer.

Had a very pushy person try to have me (an 86 year old) sign up for

3 -2 - 1 years and then conned me into a one off repair.

This resulted in many problems including installing a program allowing additional external access control.

The Phone numbers given for contact do not appear to be clearly registered numbers.

Not being a computer technician I got stuck with having paid for them to take over my computer.

Even doing this report it tries to tell me the heading needed 100 words.

So I have had to just keep adding junk.

phone: 1800023889. for contact with reimage.

Reason of review: Virtually all of above..

Monetary Loss: $370.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Too pushy for elderly, Fact that it did not work and left a virus, Fraud, Other than it was the worst.
