First purchased the software, and had 2 choices to install: SELF or Call the company. SELF required a license number that WAS NOT PROVIDED, so I was forced to call.

Upon calling the operator took control of my screen, ran the scan and found several "serious problems" and then proceeded to sell me on a $100 Senior Software Engineer engagement to "really" solve the problem. During her "sales process" she asked me all about the use of my computer including "personal banking". This had NOTHING to do with the problem.

She also did not understand anything about WINDOWS 10. It was a TOTAL SCAM - don't buy it!!!!
